Important Information about Shipping to the U.S.
The United States has suspended its duty-free "de minimis" threshold of US$800 for all countries, including Canada. Starting August 29, 2025, all shipments entering the U.S. must have duties prepaid before crossing the border - regardless of their value.
This change, mandated under U.S. Executive Order 14324, applies to all business shipments from Canada, whether sent through the postal system, a Canadian courier, freight provider, or any commercial channel.

Details of how tariffs are to be collected and paid are extremely vague and until we understand what is required by the postal system in the U.S. we will be using UPS, DHL or FedEx for cross border shipments, as these couriers are able to collect any applicable tariffs, duties and taxes from you prior to delivery. Please be aware that the courier will probably charge a Brokerage Fee for clearing the item(s) through Customs. We recommend that our U.S. customers check what the tariffs and fees are likely to be prior to placing an order as these can vary significantly.
